My toddler actually asks to put these on, which says a lot since he used to fight me over pajamas. The cotton rib has just enough stretch that he can run around before bed without it pulling, and it's held up fine after a handful of washes.
The brushed inside of this cotton rib is genuinely soft, not that stiff feel you get with cheaper pajamas. My kid slept through the night without kicking the covers off once.
