I’ve washed this cardigan three times already and it still looks brand new, which is huge for baby clothes that usually pill or shrink. The knitting is so fine and even, you can tell it’s meant to be handed down. My daughter lives in it for naps and it keeps her cozy without any scratchy seams.

The collar lies perfectly flat, and the button placket is sewn so evenly that it feels like something from a boutique, not a mass-produced bin. My little one wore it for an afternoon and it kept its shape through a nap and some serious wiggling — this is one I'll be handing down, no question.

The yarn feels dense and well-spun, not like the flimsy stuff you get in a lot of baby knits, and the whole thing has a weight that makes it feel like a true keepsake. I already picture handing it down to the next little one, it's that well made.
